In January 2010 Robertson Capital Projects consolidated 16 operational phase equity and sub debt investments into a single business - Elgin Infrastructure Limited (EIL). 3i Infrastructure invested £38.9 million for a 49.9% stake in EIL with RCP holding the majority share.
