Framlington Place is a mid-terraced Victorian office facility operated by County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust.

Robertson Facilities Management was tasked with complying with a helpdesk led output specification which ensures that all callouts are responded to quickly and effectively. A key driver to maintaining satisfactory conditions for the occupiers.

The business was invited to bid for the project by a former NHS project manager who worked with Robertson Facilities Management on the Chester-le-Street Community Hospital project.

Since the project began in 2007, Robertson Facilities Management has successfully integrated with the NHS Foundation Trust staff through the provision of soft FM services and has been offered an extension to the formal contract agreement.

The extension underlines Robertson Facilities Management’s commitment to forging effective partnerships across its growing client base.
