Ingleby Barwick Community Campus PFI

Robertson Capital Projects and the Local Education Authority (LEA) worked in partnership with the Diocese of York to provide a new Church of England secondary school, community primary school, nursery unit and community library.  The design solution saw the development of a campus style approach.  The secondary school is a voluntary aided facility managed jointly by the Church of England and Stockton Borough Council.

Scale:  One 600 pupil secondary school, one 210 pupil primary school and a 39 place nursery covering a of 7000m²
