Dudley Resource Centre
Robertson North East delivered the £5.7m Dudley Resource Centre in February 2008.
The LIFT project was delivered on behalf of North Tyneside Council and North Tyneside Primary Care Trust.
The new centre houses a host of local authority services including a customer services facility, library, health living centre, activity hall, sports changing facilities and associated services including a crèche, café and multi-use spaces.
The Primary Care Trust accommodation includes a staff base as well as treatment and consulting rooms. Northumbria Police also has a room from which to deliver services.
The project also includes external environmental improvements aswell as the development of a grass football pitch and a new play facility with skate-park and a multi-use games area.
